About Us
Built on Hard Work and Community
Mian Construction LLC is a local residential property renovation company rooted in Northeast Pennsylvania — transforming distressed homes into places families are proud to call home.
Our Story
From One Renovation to a Growing Local Business
Mian Construction started with a simple belief: that every neglected home in our community deserves a second chance. What began as a single renovation project in the Wilkes-Barre area grew into a full-scale operation dedicated to buying, renovating, and revitalizing distressed properties across Luzerne and Lackawanna counties.
We're not a national chain or a faceless investment firm. We're a local crew — tradespeople, project managers, and community members — who care deeply about the neighborhoods we work in. Every home we renovate is one more family with a safe, quality place to live.
Over the years we've completed multiple renovations, and earned a reputation for speed, quality, and fair dealing with homeowners.
Our Mission
Revitalizing Homes. Strengthening Communities.
To transform distressed properties into quality homes that strengthen neighborhoods, create opportunities for local tradespeople, and deliver fair, honest solutions for homeowners.
